Tony Paradis, RD, LD, USAW

My name is Tony Paradis. I am a registered and licensed dietitian and certified personal trainer. I have been involved in sports all my life. I have a degree from Texas Tech University in Nutrition Sciences, certified as a personal trainer and Olympic weightlifting coach through USA Weightlifting. 

I guarantee results for all my clients (just check out some of the success stories above). I am dedicated to each and every client and create a nutrition and exercise program to fit your specific needs and personality. My clients enjoy working with me because I am personable and passionate about helping people. I believe that good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy body.

Joshua LeBlanc, BS

My name is Joshua LeBlanc.  I graduated with honors from the University of North Texas with a bachelor of science in kinesiology.  I have been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry since August of 2008.  In that time, I have worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life.  I look forward to working with you, as well!

Exercise science indicates that resistance training is an indispensable part of any fitness regimen…unfortunately, I see it put on the back burner far too often.  I realize that the gym, and particularly the weight room, can seem imposing.  I’ve been there myself!  I believe that everyone can benefit from learning proper weight training technique and strive to teach it to all of my clients.

Chef Mike Moreland

My name is Mike Moreland.  I am a personal chef and certified by ServSafe in sanitation and food safety.  I attended The Art Institute of Dallas where my cooking skills were honed.  Currently I am pursuing a B.A. in Business.  

My passion for cooking is something I want to share with others.  I grew up in a family where food brought everyone together.  I have experience cooking for those with food allergies, so I am sensitive to the struggles of those having to adjust their diet.  I hope to demonstrate to you that great tasting food can also be healthy, creative, and unintimidating. Ryan Hattaway, BS, PICP Coach, CPT

My name is Ryan Hattaway. I graduated from TWU with a BS in Kinesiology. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008.

Strength training is my true passion; you could say I fall into that weird category of people who enjoys weight lifting purely for the joy of having cold, heavy iron in my hands or on my back.

I understand that many people are unfamiliar and even intimidated by lifting weights. I like to show them that it is a fun and challenging experience and is best tool for fat loss and building lean muscles.
